Schools want to improve student wellbeing and accessing relevant data in inclusive and timely ways is part of the solution. Making the process accessible so schools could lead this, own the data and act on it was the priority.
The brief
Support Living Ripples, a philanthropic-funded initiative, to help schools measure, monitor, and evaluate their wellbeing programs with clarity and efficiency. The goal was to encourage school participation by providing accessible online and practical resources that build local confidence and capability.
Outcomes achieved:
- Adopted by 130+ schools in 18 months, reaching over 50,000 students nationwide
- Website and communications developed to translate complex data into clear, practical guidance
- Detailed how-to guides created, enabling schools to take ownership of the process
- Created a “helping hand” grant process to support schools acting on their findings
- Bimonthly newsletter launched with 650+ subscribers and 90% open rate, keeping communities connected and informed
- Established inaugural partnership where a regional partner became a local lead to encourage uptake
What we learned
When teaching teams experience what their students will experience, aligned with curriculum requirements, educators build genuine confidence to successfully guide young people through the same process.
